TAMMECH T-9746 is a premium-quality diesel engine oil package for use in mainline heavy-duty diesel engines. It has excellent detergency & dispersancy properties, with the most versatile HDDEO technology enhanced with a friction inhibitor and organic molybdenum, improving engine efficiency and extending the lifespan of the engine.

Applications:

TAMMECH T-9746, with appropriate base oils and our viscosity index improver TAMMECH R 122 at the recommended treat rate, will meet the API performance requirement of CI-4, ACEA E7.
TAMMECH T-9746 covers a wide viscosity range, viz. 10W40, 15W40, 20W50 diesel engine oils.

TAMMECH R-7828 is a heavy-duty diesel engine oil package that covers the formulation of mid-tier crankcase lubricant oils for diesel engines. TAMMECH R-7828’s excellent detergency & anti wear properties make it a multipurpose and cost-efficient single additive package to meet API CB/SB to API CF/SF performance requirements.

Applications:

TAMMECH R-7828, with appropriate base oils and our Viscosity Index Improver TAMMECH U-130 at the recommended treat rate, will meet the performance requirement API CB/SB to API CF/SF.
TAMMECH R-7828 can be used to produce both mono- and multi-grade diesel engine oil.

TAMMECH T-9970

TAMMECH T-9970 is a DI package for use in mainline heavy-duty diesel engine oils. Formulated with excellent high-temperature detergency and an enhanced friction inhibitor, it helps to extend the drain interval of oils. TAMMECH T-9970 additive is especially designed for use where a DPF system is used to reduce environmental pollution.

Applications:

TAMMECH T-9970 can be used for formulating premium-quality diesel engine oils meeting the requirements of:

API CK-4, CJ-4
ACEA E11, E8, E9
TAMMECH T-9970, combined with performance booster TAMMECH M 440, meets the requirements of ACEA E4.

TAMMECH R-666

TAMMECH R-666 is a liquid organomolybdenum complex friction modifier for engine oil formulations. Contains 6% molybdenum and helps prevent direct metal-to-metal contact. Reducing wear and extends the lifespan of engine components.

TAMMECH R-696

TAMMECH R-696 is a molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate friction modifier for engine oil, industrial oil & greases. TAMMECH R-696 has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performance. It forms a protective film on metal surfaces, reducing friction between moving parts. This film helps prevent direct metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear and extending the lifespan of engine components.

Applications:

Friction modifier in automotive, diesel, marine, railroad, and stationary diesel lubricants.
Friction inhibitor in greases.

TAMMECH R-651

TAMMECH R-651 is a boron-containing anti-wear additive that does not contain phosphorus, sulfur, or metallic elements. It is an effective anti-wear additive, by itself or in combination with other anti-wear/EP additives. TAMMECH R-651 is an ideal anti-wear additive for the formulation of low-sulfur, Ash, and Phosphorus (low-SAP) engine oils, or other lubricant applications.

Applications:

Automotive, diesel, marine, railroad, and stationary diesel lubricants.
Rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants.
Can be used for blending over-based marine cylinder oil.

TAMMECH R-616

TAMMECH K-224 is a phenolic, non-staining antioxidant for processing and long-term thermal stabilization of lubricants used in high-temperature applications. TAMMECH K-224 offers excellent antioxidant performance. Due to its low volatility provides superior protection against oxidation and deposit formation in industrial lubricating oils. TAMMECH K-208 is a liquid octylated butylated diphenylamine used in mineral oil-based turbine oils, circulating oils, hydraulic fluids, synthetic industrial lubricants and greases, and engine oils. TAMMECH K-208 offers excellent antioxidant protection and provides superior protection against oxidation and deposit formation, which helps extend the life of lubricating oils.

TAMMECH K-6311

TAMMECH K-6311 is a premium-quality DOT-3 brake fluid for use in hydraulic brake and clutch systems. It has a dry boiling point of at least 205°C and a wet boiling point of at least 144°C. TAMMECH K-6311 is formulated with glycol ether and contains glycols as lubricants, along with effective corrosion inhibitors and antioxidants.

Applications:

Brake & clutch fluid for most cars, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles where DOT-3 is recommended.

TAMMECH K-6411

TAMMECH K-6411 is a premium-quality DOT-4 brake fluid for use in hydraulic brake and clutch systems. It has a dry boiling point of at least 230°C and a wet boiling point of at least 155°C. TAMMECH K-6411 is formulated with glycol ether and contains glycols as lubricants, along with effective corrosion inhibitors and antioxidants.

Applications:

TAMMECH K-6411 can be used with either disc or drum brakes, including in vehicles fitted with Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS), where DOT-4 is recommended.

TAMMECH M-440

TAMMECH M-440 is a super-high-base synthetic calcium sulfonate, manufactured from long-chain linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid through neutralization and alkalization. TAMMECH M-440 has excellent alkaline storage properties, good oil solubility, and strong acid-neutralization capability; it can immediately neutralize organic and inorganic acids in oil.

Applications:

Automotive, diesel, marine, railroad, and stationary diesel lubricants.
Rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants.
Can be used for blending into over-based marine cylinder oil.
