TAMMECH M-440 is a super-high-base synthetic calcium sulfonate, manufactured from long-chain linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid through neutralization and alkalization. TAMMECH M-440 has excellent alkaline storage properties, good oil solubility, and strong acid-neutralization capability; it can immediately neutralize organic and inorganic acids in oil.
Applications:
- Automotive, diesel, marine, railroad, and stationary diesel lubricants.
- Rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants.
- Can be used for blending into over-based marine cylinder oil.
