This resin includes slip and anti-block additives and features a molecular structure that supports the production of films with outstanding mechanical strength and excellent optical clarity.
TASNEE LD 1925AS offers reliable processability across all standard polyethylene extruders. For optimal results, processing temperatures between 160°C and 190°C are recommended. The grade performs best with a blow-up ratio of 2:1 and is suitable for films with a thickness range of 25 to 60 microns, delivering consistent quality and performance in film applications.
